Claudia
Claudia is an entrepreneur devoted to helping others build meaningful, inspired lives. She works as a real estate agent in Los Angeles and as a broker and interior designer at PARVICI International in South Florida, blending vision, beauty, and purpose in every project she touches. A published author of children's etiquette books, she champions kindness, confidence, and character from an early age. Claudia is the former CEO of Real Heroes Charity in Los Angeles and an active Rotarian in Miami, continually bridging philanthropy, community, and leadership. Guided by her personal motto "Design the life that you are inspired to live" she brings creativity, discipline, and heart to every initiative.

Giulia D'Amico
Giulia serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Philanthropy at XPRIZE, focused on growing the Learning and Society domain. She has served as CEO of Think Equal, a global foundation focused on early childhood partnered with UNICEF. For over two decades she has developed products, programs, and youth policies for LEGO, MIT Media Lab, One Laptop Per Child, and the Italian Government. As CEO of OLPC, she led the program's expansion into over 85 countries. Her work with United Nations agencies focuses on developing public-private partnerships to support governments in innovating school systems and fostering employability for young populations.
Sara Poses
Sara is the Chairperson of The Inclusion Theater Project, a program that serves as an important gateway to autonomy and independence — and ultimately to living a more productive and fulfilling life. So often, participants like those served by ITP are negatively defined by their differences and disadvantages; but when they are instead embraced for their unique strengths and abilities, the sky truly is the limit as far as what is possible. Sara's work embodies the belief that every person deserves a stage.
Lauren Boyette Richards
Lauren is the CEO of Glofit, a driven mom-entrepreneur who combines business leadership with a deep commitment to giving back. Guided by purpose as much as performance, she champions wellness, empowerment, and philanthropy, using her platform to inspire healthier lives and stronger communities. Lauren brings the same energy and conviction she applies to her business ventures to her work with Healing With Art and Music™, believing that true wellness encompasses body, mind, and spirit.

Giselle Elgarresta Rios brings a vibrant passion for the arts and community healing to the Healing With Art and Music™ committee. Dr. Brian Tschirhart
Recently retired after 47 distinguished years as a general dentist practicing in San Antonio, Texas, Miami, and Key Largo, Dr. Brian Tschirhart brings a lifetime of service and community dedication to the Healing With Art and Music™ committee. A proud Rotarian since 1978, he has spent decades bridging healthcare, philanthropy, and civic leadership. His belief in the healing power of human connection and creative expression makes him a natural champion of our mission.
Robin Shelley
Robin Shelley is a passionate advocate for the healing arts and a valued member of the Healing With Art and Music™ committee. Having lived many years in Latin America and the Bahamas, she is passionate about global philanthropy and social impact. Gerard Rego
A technology entrepreneur and interdisciplinary thinker, Gerard Rego brings over two decades of experience in the technology industry to the Healing With Art and Music™ advisory board. He has held leadership roles at Nokia, GM India, and MSC Software, and applies that same systems-level thinking to the challenge of scaling the healing arts. Gerard believes that technology and creativity are natural partners in building a more compassionate, connected world.
